We call Olivo pata those olive trees normally located in Andalusia that are planted creating formations of two, three or even four olive trees, each one facing one side but forming a single olive tree and that due to the way of harvesting the olive or olive in Andalusia are cut to no more than 1m/1,2m of height so that it makes the ramification leaving the appearance of a small but thick olive tree.
They tend to be centuries-old olive trees of the variety Picual or Hojiblanca of about 80-150 years old and due to their small and easy to transport are the most demanded in the European gardens, we have Olives paw of all sizes, in decorative jars, container and metal mesh.
