Description: Olea europaea, commonly called olive, olive or olive, is a small perennial tree, long-lived, that can reach up to 15 meters in height, with a wide crown and thick trunk, with a twisted appearance. Its bark is finely fissured, gray or silver in colour.
We call Olive Trees of production those olive trees cultivated in farms of production by nurseries or farmers of the sector for their exclusive use in gardening or as ornamental plant, so they are young trees between the ages of 2 and 10, usually with tall, well-formed trunks of between 6 and 40 of homogeneous sizes, in contrast to olive trees recovered from agricultural holdings.
