Description: The lemon "Variegata" is a small perennial tree that can reach 2 m in height and is characterized by its veined color. The color of the fruit is also veined, with fine, acidic peel and used in food. It is a hybrid of Citrus medica × Citrus aurantium.
Its use in food is not yet widespread, but ornamental.
